FAQ
I don't have a vet. What can I do?
Make a request on Ovet GO. It goes to partner clinics, and a clinic with an opening can propose an appointment. Ovet GO doesn't replace your usual veterinarian: it helps you find one when yours has no opening.
How can I get a vet appointment quickly?
Instead of calling clinics one by one, you make a single request. Partner clinics with an opening see it and can propose a time. How soon depends on available openings: we can't guarantee it.
Vet emergency or wait for an appointment?
If you think your pet's life is in danger, don't wait: call or go straight to an emergency veterinary clinic. Ovet GO is not an emergency service. When in doubt, call a clinic.
